I’ve read through the whole thing, no mention of any health risks.  Page 3 -5 is worth reading, Spectrum pipeline and “to ensure site access and planning requirements are not a barrier to the deployment of 5G”

So it looks like you’ll be using your electric toothbrush and have left the plug out of the basin and the water running.  That will require an email to “educate” yourself to comply with the collective!
